The beginnings of my practice led me to work with the San Mateo County Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention Center, including work with their programs for Youth Outreach, Sexual Assault, and Family Stress. In the past several years I have worked with the Ombudsman Services for the Department of Aging, Placer County Systems of Care, and in private practice. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families of all cultures.
I firmly believe that people hold within themselves the keys to their healing. My focus is to help indiviudals better understanding their gifts as well as their challenges, and to help them understand their relationships to others and the world they live in. My practice embraces the belief of a positive mind-body connection, and includes the use of hypnosis and EMDR as supportive techniques. I treat most mental health issues, with greater specialization in depression, trauma, abuse, bipolar disorder, weight loss issues, postpartum disorders, and chronic illness.
A Christian based focus is also available for those seeking a stronger connection to their spirituality.

Enter driveway on the right between Unity of Auburn and Huber Property Management. Proceed all the way to the back, then left , proceeding completely around the Court View Plaza building. Look for the entrance to suites 118/120 which are around the side of the building. (There is no access through the main entrance at the front) |
