Hi, I understand that making the decision to begin counseling can be very difficult, and I want to make the process as safe, trusting, and effective as possible. I truly respect each one of my clients for being brave enough to take the first step toward growing and healing, and I support them using insight, reflection, validation, and encouraging their individual growth. I work to help clients manage their individual experiences, alleviating that sense of hopelessness and helplessness. Using personal empowerment, clients are able to learn ways to recognize and understand their thoughts and feelings.
