I recieved my Masters degree in Counseling with a focus on Child and Family Therapy, from Seattle Pacific University in 1993. I have worked with children and families for over 15 years in both the public and private sector. The focus of my work is to increase couples/families healthy inter-dependence while developing a sense of unity with the self, significant others, and community.
In marriage and family therapy sessions we review obstacles impacting cohesiveness, develop parenting plans and increase couples marital satisfaction.
I work with a variety of issues including; anger management, depression, infidelity, and post-tramautic stress. I also work with children and adolescents on an individual basis incorporating family support sessions as needed.
