Deciding whether to get therapy can be an intimidating process. I completely understand this and the fact that each person has their own unique qualities and needs. I will help you develop goals and guide you in the direction of those goals with a genuine and sincere sense of truth. My therapeutic approach is direct yet down to earth. I teach a lot of skills for people to practice at home. I meet people where they are in life and appreciate them for who they are.
I work with couples, families and individuals and use various types of therapy depending on the needs of the client. My approaches include cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, family systems and reality/choice therapy. I am also a level II trained EMDR therapist for those with trauma issues, big or small.
My office is well-located and easy to find. If you are ready to work and see positive changes, I am here to assist you. "
