Are you in deep emotional pain? Do you feel trapped in what appears to be a hopeless, helpless situation? Help is here just for you! I welcome people of all races, genders, sexual orientations, religious/spiritual backgrounds (or lack thereof), socioeconomic levels, etc. into my offices. You are cordially invited to contact me to schedule a session so your journey to healing, personal growth, and serenity can begin! Take a step toward a more peaceful, prosperous, love-filled life today!

I help people with many issues, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, major life changes, grief/loss, trauma, and dysfunctional family/relationship dynamics. I provide counseling for people who have completed an addictions treatment program and wish to supplement their Twelve-Step recovery groups with my Twelve-Step-based individual therapy sessions. I am especially helpful to people who are struggling to cope with a loved one's addiction to alcohol, other drugs, and/or activities and their own codependency/enabling issues. Survivors of molestation/sexual abuse, emotional/verbal abuse, physical abuse, and other violations of personal boundaries also benefit from my services.

I also help children/adolescents with ADHD, Asperger's disorder, impulse-control/behavioral issues, adjustment problems, etc. As a U.S. Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional (DOT-SAP), I can perform substance abuse evaluations for eligible drivers and other employees who have had accidents, drug screens, etc. that require the driver to complete a substance abuse assessment for DOT-regulated transportation employers.
