Many clients come to me because past neglect, abuse, and betrayal have kept them stuck in a vicious cycle of self-defeating thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and they want to feel better. If you have problems with communication and intimacy in relationships, or suffer from depression, anxiety, PTSD, or addictions, I may be the right therapist for you.
My approach is psychodynamic, humanistic, and based on family systems. I also use other methods, such as cognitive-therapy, transpersonal, and other techniques to help solve your problems. I believe that every human being has the strength and capacity to heal, grow, and discover their inner qualities and their real selves.
