I like to help clients build a tool box of skills (for both individuals and couples). Skills that work with your personality and your relationships - not something manufactured or uncomfortable.
My focus is with adult individuals as well as couples. I am passionate about embracing a bigger view of issues - sort-of connecting the dots. I also work with addictions to better understand the power of the brain and inter-generational patterns/skills we are taught as children.
