I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), practicing psychotherapy in El Sobrante, CA, with particular experience in Grief and Loss, Creativity and Spirituality. If you are experiencing grief from the death of a loved one or are undergoing other deep loss (loss or change of career, divorce, illness), I can help you. Together we can take a compassionate look at your life to find how you can deal with these experiences and absorb them into your life in a positive way. I have experience working in a hospice with the dying and with the grieving family members.
