For more than 20 years, I have been a marriage and family therapist working with individuals and couples throughout Westchester County, N.Y. and Fairfield County, Conn.
When working with individuals,my specialties include: anxiety, depression, fear, gender identity, life coaching and all facets of sexuality, including chronic illness, desire discrepancy, dysfunction, enhancement, intimacy, orientation and relationship dynamics.
Couples are also a large part of my practice, as I work to solidify interpersonal communication by establishing reasonable solutions to address the issues and concerns that are complicating the relationship and the family dynamic. I also work with couples to improve their intimacy, sexuality and overall quality of life.
Every patient that walks through my door is unique and special to me - so whether someone comes for individual therapy or with a companion, I ensure that everyone feels safe and important.
