I belive that anyone can create a better life! I can give you the tools you need to help you begin to create the life you want. I treat individuals, couples and adolescents. I also offer women's groups. Learning to communicate and even argue effectively is an important part of what we do in couples therapy. In individual therapy, the focus is often on becoming your own best friend. I have been working in this area for 6 years and offer therapy in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
