LIVING LIFE WITH INTENTION
I provide individual, couples and family therapy in a supportive environment that encourages positive life change. I will work with you to develop goals for outcomes that reflect the kind of relationships you would like to have and a focus that supports those relationships. I work from a strengths based perspective to help you recognize your own personal gifts. I will help you to develop healthy communication techniques and teach you problems solving skills for life's difficult situations. Finding the right therapist is crucial.
