I have more than 17 years of experience working in a supportive, interactive and collaborative way with clients. My work in schools, chemical dependency treatment programs and in my private practice has enabled me to feel qualified to work with individuals, couples, families and youth older than 10, who present a wide variety of issues. I work with couples to establish better communication to enjoy a supportive and loving partnership and with individuals who are struggling to dispel negative beliefs about themselves. I provide a safe and accepting place where I work in partnership with people who have found the courage to take a journey toward a life where they can feel more fulfilled and deserving of a happier and more meaningful life. We work to build a better relationship with themselves and others. I consider this work a privilege and know it takes great courage to come to therapy. I help my clients to discover their own strengths and resiliency.
