My life's passion is to assist you in developing strengths and coping skills to overcome problems in your family and other relationships. The emotional pain compelling you to seek help may be from past experiences, life stressors, relationships, health, children or financial problems. Therefore you and I will work together to develop personal goals that will assist you in living a happier life. We will use different therapies, marriage and family counseling, stress reduction, meditation, hypnosis, nutrition, exercise, alternative medical approaches and spirituality. For your convenience I offer weekend hours, evening hours and twenty four hour crisis intervention by phone. My services are available for couples, families and adolescents. I provide groups for chemical dependency and parenting classes for
step families and blended families. I specialize in working with adolescents. |
