Finding the right counselor for you is not easy, but very important (visit my website to learn more about me and feel free to call and talk with me). Some talk a lot, others hardly at all. Some are problem-centered, others more person-centered. Most require that you use your medical insurance (which means a diagnosis and a limited number of sessions) or pay high fees out of pocket. I decided I would rather create a simplified counseling practice as an affordable alternative, allowing me and my clients more choice AND control over the counseling process.

I enjoy seeing a diverse group of clients of all ages. Special interests include helping men get their lives and relationships back on track, couples counseling, challenges of adolescence, past abuse, sexual orientation dilemmas, and values/spirituality.
