It is of crucial importance to an individual to feel happy and satisfied with oneself. However, at times one may feel stuck heading towards these goals. Therefore looking for alternative options to enhance one’s well being through a therapeutic process can be beneficial and very rewarding.
Each individual is unique and eccentric in their own way. Cognition, behavior, character traits vary in every individual and that is what makes each person distinct and special. In order to experience a profound and an effective therapeutic experience, an individual would benefit from possessing an open mind and a desire to modify his/her life in order to progress in their journey.
Compassion, understanding, empathy and unconditional support are the essential elements in a therapeutic process, which I abide by and strongly believe in. Treating depression, self-esteem and interpersonal issues, acculturation, healthy relationships, as well as self-assertiveness are just a few of my many expertise in my practice.
I enjoy tremendously what I do for a living because I help people accomplish this, which brings with it a greater sense of happiness and inner peace. I primarily use cognitive/behavioral techniques. This means I help change the way one thinks about the self and the world so the thoughts are more positive and reality based. This in turn, leads to more positive feelings and less anxiety and depression.
