Many of my clients are couples and families in deep pain from infidelity, poor communication, lack of intimacy, and more. In my work, I am committed to helping these distressed couples by using well-researched, highly effective therapies. Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) is a therapy of choice when working with couples and families. It is a research-based therapy with 90% of distressed couples reporting significant improvement in their marriages at the end of therapy. This therapy also makes sense to me from my perspective as a spouse in a healthy 23-year marriage. In order to provide the highest quality of care to my clients, I have completed all of the basic and advanced EFT training necessary for certification.
I also work with individuals on issues of depression, anxiety, relationship problems, life stresses and transitions, grief and loss, parenting issues, and more. Working with teens and their families is another area of expertise. My work includes people of varied ethnicities and spiritual faiths. As a Christian, I can provide Christian counseling, if desired.

The address to my office is 9832 N. Hayden Rd., Suite 106 in Scottsdale. It is near the intersection of Mountain View (first stoplight south of Shea Blvd.) and Hayden Roads. There is a church directly on the NW corner of those roads and I am in the office complex just north of the church in a light stucco bldg. There is a sign in front of the building that says Hayden Square. Park in the back of the bldg. and take the only walkway into the office complex. I am in the first office on the right and my name is printed on the window. |
