Tara has helped many individuals overcome anxiety and depression, heal past traumas, deal successfully with relationship and anger issues, and experience a more successful and stress-free life.
Tara provides individual, couples and family counseling, as well as hypnotherapy, at her office, Oak Haven Gardens, in Arroyo Grande. She works from a wellness model that supports the mind-body-spirit connection, and believes in each individual’s innate desire toward healing.
