I believe that change is possible and one has the ability to affect change in ones life. My goal in therapy is to help my clients identify areas in which they are stuck or struggling with and offer them the tools needed for personal, relational and emotional growth. My style of therapy is client-centered. I start where the client is and work on the goals my clients want to pursue. I provide compassionate and confidential support to my clients, in order to empower them to be the best that they can be. I welcome clients of all ages, families and couples.
