With offices in Roseville and Sacramento, I provide individual, marital/relational, and family counseling in the greater Sacramento area. I have been practicing as a therapist for eight years and in four different states. I specialize in:

I am an Assistant Professor of Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) at Alliant International University, one of the west coast's foremost MFT training programs. I am actively involved in training MFT students. I am also one of a few (I know of 3-4) clinicians in the Sacramento valley with a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE-Accredited program -- the highest level of accreditation in the nation. This helps ensure that I have received the advanced specialized training needed to provide couples and family therapy. I currently have a few openings in my private practice.

Office Hours
My clinical appointments are availabue during the weekdays between 9-5, though I have a few evening openings as well. Appointments tend to fill up quickly, but I usually have one or two new openings each week as current clients finish their work with me. Please contact me for availability. I hope to hear from you! |
Directions to Office
Sacramento Office from Northbound I-5 (downtown): Take the West El Camino Ave and turn right. Turn right at the next driveway off of West El Camino. Turn at the roundabout and go in the main entrance of the KVIE building. My office is near the top of the stairs on the second floor.
Sacramento Office from southbound I-5: Turn left off of the Garden Highway exit. Go under I-5 and turn left immediately to go north on I-5. Take the West El Camino Ave exit and follow directions above.
Roseville Office: Take I-80 to Westbound Douglas. Turn right at Judah St. Turn right almost immediately down "gopher gulch" -- a narrow street on your right. My office suite is down the stairs with the black railing and on your left.
Sacramento Office from 99: Exit onto eastbound Hwy 50. Take the Watt Ave./Power Inn Rd. exit and turn left onto Watt Ave. Turn left onto University Ave. Turn right at the first stop sign. Turn at the first left into the parking lot of 425 University Ave. I'm in Suite 221. |
