I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in Sacramento located in Northern California. My license allows me to counsel people with an array of symptoms to better their ability to have happy and productive relationships and lives. I specialize in couples counseling to assist with more effective communication, parenting to help parents find more effective ways to parent their difficult or challenging children and individuals with abuse, trauma issues or intense situations that make life more difficult. The families and individuals that I see are able to see more clearly how awareness can lead to their desired change.
