I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in working with couples, families and children. I received my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Social Work from the University of Washington.
I offer a variety of services. My speciality is couples/marriage therapy, marriage education/premarital counseling, parenting, relationship work with individuals. I come from a strength based approach focusing on your strengths and how to use them to overcome your weaknesses. I use primarly cognitive behavioral, Gottman's work with couples, Narrative and a client centered strength based approach. Certified Love Educator with Dr. Pat Love and beginning stages of Imago.
I offer a few premarital packages:
The Premarital Workshop
is a relationship success course. It is a six week course in a small group format that is based on research to strengthen your relationship and prepare for marriage.
The Premarital Package
is a six session package covering the same content but in a private setting. Couples can choose from a one hour package to an 1.5 hr package for six sessions.
Premarital Counseling
some couples need a certain number of outside church hours. Here we focus on a specific set of skills the couple wants to work on.
Some couples just want a few sessions to help get them through the stress of the wedding or the blending of families.
All premarital counseling is not faith based for those interested in premarital counsel outside a church.

Take I-5 South to the 71st St. exit
Take a right onto 71st St.
Go through the four way stop and on to the next four way stop.
Turn left onto Woodlawn.
Drive one block and stay straight through the 4 way stop.
At the next stop sign turn left onto Ravenna Blvd NE.
Since this is one-way going SE you'll take the first U-Turn onto Ravenna Blvd going westbound.
The building will be immediately on your right - 444 Ravenna Blvd, in a multi-storied, stone professional building.
From the South
Take I-5 Northbound to the Ravenna exit.
At the end of the exit ramp, go left onto NE Ravenna.
Proceed straight under I-5 and through the light / intersection at 65th St.
444 Ravenna will be on your right; it is a multi-storied, stone professional building.
Parking
Parking spaces are available in the parking lot in front of the building (go up the ramp; the underground parking is for employees only).
Finding our Office
Nikelle Rosier, LICSW & Assoc. is located on the third floor in Greenlake Counseling. Take a LEFT out of the elevator go inside, and you will see our door (Suite 301) and proceed to the waiting room on your left.
Please Note:
The building is locked after 6:00pm. If your appointment is scheduled for after 6:00pm, I will come down to greet you. The Premarital Workshops may be located at another location when more space is needed. They are either at a Shoreline or Pioneer Square location.
