I offer a friendly, interactive, respectful approach to couples and individual therapy where you can quickly focus on solutions to your problems. I will listen to your issues and help you to look at your goals, values and inner strengths and how your choices fit with these. I am willing to share thoughts and insights when appropriate. I have been a Registered Nurse since 1974 and have been in private practice as a therapist/counselor since 1988.
