Couples therapy for those couples who are working through relationship/marriage challenges. Assists the couple to enhance their communication style, deepen their understanding of their partner's needs/desires, and overcome obstacles that are negatively impacting their relationship.
Individual therapy for those individuals who would like the opportunity to take a deeper look at their struggles, understand the roots of their challenges, and learn to make shifts in their thoughts, feelings, and behavior.
Family therapy for those families who would like to understand and make shifts in the roles and/or commuication patterns that have developed over the years and are no longer working efficiently.
Therapeutic Parent Coaching assists single, married, and divorced parents identify and remove barriers that prevent them from being the parent they want to be.
Parent Child therapy focuses on practicing and implementing new parenting techniques learned through Therapeutic Parent Coaching, enhancing the parent-child relationship bond, building the child's self-esteem and improving communication.
